When the cylindrical shaft is rotated at a high speed under this condition, the soldering material 4 gradually melts due to the frictional heat. When the rotation is stopped under the condition where the shaft is expanded, the molten soldering material 4 is naturally cooled, thus the projected member 2 and the cylindrical shaft 1 are firmly fixed to each other.
