Abstract

PURPOSE: To allow open-close control of valve with a small operation force, by a method wherein permanent magnet is rotated by a stepping motor, and open-close action of valve is controlled by magnetic force of the permanent magnet.
CONSTITUTION: The stepping motor 24 is arranged to rotate by 90°C. Therefore the first permanent magnet 25 also rotates by 90°C and the both magnets 25 and 26 come in a configuration when mutually facing condition of poles N-N, S-S appears, therefore the magnet 26 is pushed down by the repulsive force, and the valve 28, 29 are moved downwards through valve stem 27 against the force of the spring 32. Thus, by sending a signal to the stepping motor 24, the upper and lower valves 28 and 29 can be opened and closed, flow-in and cut-off compressed air is controlled allowing open-close action of valve to be controlled with small operating force.
