A rectifier D, and wave filters CL, LL are connected to the output side of the invertor to constitute a DC-DC converter. In addition, a capacitor Ci is connected to an input power source side in parallel with the inverter. Then a capacitor Co that reaches an oscillating state with the leakage inductance of the transformer T, etc. is connected to the output side of the invertor between the rectifier D and the wave filters CL, LL. An ideal resonance condition can be maintained in a wide range, while the occurrence of an output ripple and noise can be prevented.
