Abstract

PURPOSE:To form an output pattern where the potential between subscriber's lines is not changed before and after closing and opening of a relay, by using a signal generator which can generate a call signal with a DC voltage superposed. CONSTITUTION:In respect to outputs RA and RB of a signal generating device, frequency and crest value intermittent timings and DC voltages to be superposed are controlled in accordance with the program logic of a microprocessor incorporated in the device and control data set preliminarily. The control system of the main body of an exchange receives a timing signal TMG from the signal generating device and controls a relay R of the subscriber's circuit in accordance with the time of turning- off of outputs RA and RB. In respective subscriber's lines, -48V and earth are supplied to lines A and B respectively normally, and the relay R is so controlled that potential change does not occur in lines A and B before and after opening/closing, thus supplying the call signal to subscribers.
