Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the combination of a device with an unbalancing self-correcting device and to manufacture it at a low cost, by a method wherein data for unbalancing amount and angle are indicated in a digital manner and are outputted to the outside. CONSTITUTION:In a programming memory 44, details of a memory circuit 39 and counting value of a counter 39 are counted based on data of an instruction switch, and only an unbalancing signal component, out of signals from a vibration detector, is computed using data pertaining a trial overlap and condition data of a sample. The computation is conducted by counting a sine wave component WY and a cosine wave component WX of a component synchronizing with a main shaft turning period of a full period according to equalities I and II after digital values of voltage values SW1, SW2,...SWWM of vibration signals stored in the memory circuit 39 in turn from a first number and upward are used. The constant of a vibration system, and an unbalancing amount and angle are computed, and a program for controlling a digital output according to the results is stored.
