Abstract
PURPOSE:To correct an unbalanced state of the diode characteristics, by inserting a correction voltage generating resistance for correction of the unblaned state and thus producing the bias voltage to shift the middle point of an S-shaped frequency characteristics curve. CONSTITUTION:If a difference of characteristics exists between diodes D1 and D2, the voltage is produced across a resistance R5 due to unbalanced current which is caused by the difference of characteristics of the diodes. This voltage is applied as a bias voltage for correction of a middle point of S-shaped frequency characteristics, and thus the S-shaped characteristics are shifted in the direction where the apparent resistance becomes equal between the diodes D1 and D2. As a result, an automatic correction is possible for an error due to the difference of characteristics between the diodes D1 and D2.
