Abstract

PURPOSE:To intercept effect of inertia of a load and to obtain high precision of positioning of an induction type braked gear motor in an automatic molding take-out device by a method wherein a power shaft being equipped with a running body and a motor shaft for driving are coupled through a worm mechanism, and a braking mechanism is provided to the motor shaft. CONSTITUTION:A worm gear 16 is fixed on the power shaft 15 being equipped with the running body, and is made to gear into a worm shaft 11 being coupled with the motor shaft 9 through a coupling 10 to transmit driving force. Moreover a disk 10a is provided on the coupling 10 being made to face with disk pads 13a, 13b, and when a stop command is generated, the pads 13a, 13b are pressed to pinch the disk, and the disk is braked to stop. Accordingly high precision of positioning can be obtained even when the running body has large inertia of load, and high speed driving can be enabled.
