Abstract
PURPOSE: To simplify deburring for a work having even a large width and to make possible to easily replace a deburring wheel by forming a C shaped frame opened at the front thereof by using upper and lower frames.
CONSTITUTION: A deburring machine 1 comprises a deburring wheel 7 rotatably supported by an upper frame 5 of a C shaped frame 3, a conveyor 15 provided on a table 13 which is supported by a lower frame 9 of the C shaped frame 3 through a lifter 11, for transferring plate materials, and a plate material holding device 17 for holding down from the upper portion the plate material trasnferred by the conveyor 15. When the plate material to be treated is fed on the conveyor 15 on the table 13, the plate material is treated by the deburring wheel 7 moving backward and forward and rotatd at a high speed on the way of transferring the plate material while the latter is held down by a pinch roller 129 of the plate material holding device 17.
