CONSTITUTION:A flywheel device is constituted in such a manner that an additional flywheel 14 of inside diameter widely spaced from fitted parts 11a, 11b of a rotary shaft 11 is formed and secured to a normally used flywheel 13 by inserting spacer members 15, circumferentially divided at an equal space, between the flywheel 14 and the rotary shaft 11. Firstly two of the spacer members 15 and adapted onto the fitted parts 11a, 11b and secured to the flywheel 13, then the additional flywheel 14 is placed at an inside diameter side, loosely mounted to the flywheel 13, and then the rest of the space members 15 are inserted between the flywheel 14 and the fitted parts 11a, 11b and secured to the flywheel 13 to perform alignment. In this way, at movement of the additional flywheel 14, alignment of high accuracy is not required and its mount-removal can be easily performed.
