Abstract
PURPOSE:To execute an optimum temperature control, by executing a centralized control by a computer in accordance with a time schedule from the viewpoint of electric power and temperature, to plural rooms to be heated. CONSTITUTION:A computer CPU3 is constituted so that it reads from a table a data of a room temperature and time which have been set to each heating room, calculates the time for turning on heating required for obtaining a set temperature at a set time, and heating is turned on at that time. Also, electric power which is required for setting all rooms to a set temperature is calculated, and in the event of exceeding the maximum electric power that can be supplied, a set temperature is lowered, for instance, by one degree. The CPU 3 is connected in a loop with terminal equipments 2-1-2-n provided in each room through an interface 4, a heater of each room is turned on and off by the terminal equipment, and the temperature information is sent to the CPU by the terminal equipment.
