Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve limit drawing rate of deep drawing by freezing bonded metallic plates and deep drawing after hardening an interposed bonding film and thereby restraining creases and preventing divergence of flange edge.
CONSTITUTION: Bonded metallic plate having vibration restraining capacity made by interposing a soft bonding film layer (f) between metallic plates is refrigerated to harden the soft bonding film layer (f), and deep drawing is performed with a flat-bottom cylindrical punch 5. By refrigeration, the soft bonding film layer (f) is hardened temporarily and metallic plates on both sides become one united body and deformed just as one plate. When this deep drawn product is kept at normal temperature, or heated, the hardened soft bonding film layer (f) becomes soft again and restores vibration restraining capacity.
