Abstract

CONSTITUTION: When a case 4 is turned in the direction of X by operation of an engine, the distance between a pair of weights 14 and 14 is extended against forces of springs 22, 23 and 29 with a centrifugal force proportional to its turn speed, the mutual distance between pins 13 and 13 coupled with central parts of both weights 14 and 14 and a disk cam 15 is turned in an anticlockwise direction. At this time, the disk cam 15 is caused to turn within a circular hole 5a so as to change the position of a pin 6. Thereby, a differential rotary motion may be generated between the case 4 and an output shaft 16 and the injection timing of a fuel injection pump may be either advanced or retarded.
