Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the sealing and foaming jigs by lowering foaming pressure at the time of filling a foamable heat insulating material, by injecting urea foam, which is obtainable by gaseous body mixing process, into a filling space defined between an inner cabinet and an outer cabinet. CONSTITUTION:A solution made up by mixing urea resin component, an emulsifier and a stabilizer is stored in a tank 1, and a solution prepared by mixing a hardening agent component and an emulsifier is stored in a tank 2. These solutions are circulated by respective quantitative pumps 3a and 3b such as gear pumps, etc. and a part of them is sent over to a mixing head 5 by three-way valves 4a and 4b, and at this time, revolutions of the quantitative pumps 3a and 3b are adjusted to be set to a prescribed flow rate by using flow-meters 6a and 6b. Further, a prescribed volume of air, which has been compressed by a compressing pump 7, is sent into the mixing head 5 after adjusting opening of a needle valve 9 using a gas flowmeter 8. By sending prescribed volumes of these three components into the mixing head 5 at the same time and mixing them by a mixer provided in the mixing head 5, they can be injected into a space defined between an inner cabinet and an outer cabinet for being hardened.
