Abstract

PURPOSE: A manufacturing process of a heat-insulating box adapted to stabilize foams in a uniform size by providing checks to check the splashing of unhardened solution of heat-insulating foam materials toward an inner box.

CONSTITUTION: An outer box component 1 is combined with an inner box 2, and urethane foam materials are injected into the gap between them. Checks 3 are arrenged to check the flowing of unhardened solution dropped from injection ports 4 on the backsides of the inner box 2. Unhardened solution is injected into the gap between the outer and the inner box 1 and 2 by these checks 3, and the gap is filled with foamed materials with the aid of a backside gas-escape hole 5. Heat- insulating materials 7 are injected from a heat-insulating materials injecting nozzle. That is, when the heat-insulating materials 7 are injected from an injecting nozzle 6 just above the injecting port 4 provided on the backside of the outer box 1, they are conducted to the check 3. When these checks 3 are shaped in one body with the inner box 2, the equipping work of the checks 3 are permitted to be disused.
