Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a device which has a high precision and high sensitivity, by using a photofiber with micro lens as a measuring probe. CONSTITUTION:Light from a photo source 1 is fed to a photofiber 3 through a beam slitter 2. Much of light passing through the beam slitter 2 is fed to a photofiber probe 6 with micro lens consisting of a micro lens 7 and a photofiber 3a. The use of the photofiber probe 6 with micro lens permits the sharp improvement of a speed analysis capacity. Additionally, jetted beam is in parallel to a light axis, and thereby dispersion light from an object 5 to be measured can be collected more efficiently as compared with a probe consisting of only photofiber, which results in providing a device which has a high sensitivity.
