Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent variation during a period until an output signal reaches the upper or lower limits with a simple circuit configuration, by configuring an integrating circuit with an amplifier and a capacitor and by compensating bias current variations of the amplifier due to the current caused by the potential difference across input terminals of the amplifier. CONSTITUTION:An input voltage Vi from an input signal impressed terminal 10 is impressed upon the inversed input terminal of an operational amplifier 6 consisting an integrating circuit through a switch 11 and a resistor 3, and a constant reference voltage VB/2 obtained by dividing the supply voltage VB with resistors 1 and 2 is impressed upon a noninversed input terminal. Moreover, resistors 7 and 8 which form a feedback path are connected between the inversed input terminal and an output terminal 12, and connecting points of the resistors 7 and 8 are connected to the point upon which the reference voltage VB/2 is impressed, and then, a condenser 5 is connected between the inversed input terminal and the output terminal 12. Then, variations in the bias current caused by the potentional difference across the inversed input terminal and noninversed input terminal of the amplifier 6 are compensated, and thus variation during a period until output signals reach the upper or lower limits are prevented.
