Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient welding strength by providing a raised part or recess to each of a base plate and a contact point material, fitting and tentatively fixing these and irradiating laser light to the fitted parts. CONSTITUTION:At least a raised part 5 or recess 6 is provided to a base plate 2, and a recess 7 or raised part 8 in correspondence to this is provided to a contact point material. This material 1 is fitted to the base plate 2 by fitting the raised part 5 or recess 6 to the recess 7 or raised part 8 or fitting both and these are tentatively fixed. Thence, laser light 4 is irradiated from the side face of the fitted parts, whereby said parts are welded. Since in this method the laser light 4 is irradiated to the parts where the base plate 2 and the material 1 superpose, the laser welding having sufficient strength is accomplished.
