Abstract
PURPOSE:To reproduce stereoscopic images easily by an ordinary projector by providing two lens parts to a motion-picture camera and by forming images, obtained by those lens parts, on one film continuously by turns. CONSTITUTION:Light beams from a subject to be photographed pass through two lenses 1 and 2 having parallax and form image in frames of a film 7 individually by way of a synchronizing shutter 3 and film gates 4 and 5. In this case, the synchronizing shutter 3 or a hook-down mechanism 6 is put in operation to form subject images, obtained through the lenses 1 and 2, in frames of one film 7 continuously by turns. Consequently, parallax is generated by an afterimage phenomenon of the eye to reproduce stereoscopic images easily by an ordinary projector.
