Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the foltage of a movable section by forming auxiliary magnetic poles at the direction crossing the main magnetic poles of the primary iron cores wound coils for generating a traveling magnetic field with the traveling direction of the secondary conductor plate at right angles and the position facing to the secondary conductor plate. CONSTITUTION:The primary iron cores 11, 11' have main magnetic poles 14, 14' along the direction crossing the traveling direction of the secondary conductor plate 12 at right angles and the main magnetic poles 14, 14' and auxiliary magnetic poles 15, 15' are arranged by facing to the surfaces of the secondary conductor plate 12 respectively. In this way, the magnetic fluxes from the main magnetic poles caused by the excitation of the coils are fed back to the auxiliary magnetic poles 15, 15' through the secondary conductor plate 12. Therefore, a traveling magnetic field proceeding downward to the surfaces of the secondary conductor plates 12 is generated to produce downward force at the secondary conductor plate 12.
