Abstract

PURPOSE:To make efficient the management for subscriber number, by making the registration and alteration of subscriber data such as subscriber number with a dial operation from each terminal device. CONSTITUTION:A subscriber A or B makes dial for a specific number in case of alteration and registration of subscriber number. An outgoing register trunk ORT receives this specific number and a central controller CC connects the subscriber A or B to a special trunk SPT via channel NW. When the A or B dials a telephone number to change or registrate, the subscriber data such as telephone number and allocation terminal position information obtained from a line circuit LC via a scanning circuit SCN are stored in a prescribed area with in a main memory MM. The connection for general call thereafter is made, as is generally known, by the subscriber data within the main memory MM stored as mentioned above.
