CONSTITUTION:A signal from an output (b) point of a voltage control amplifying attenuator (VCA)1 in a signal compressor 5 is applied to a detector 11 and a frequency gain variable filter 12 which is controlled with the output of the detector 11. The output of the frequency gain variable filter 12 is applied to a sensor 4 to obtain a VCA control signal. Similarly, a signal from an input (b') point of a VCA1' in a signal expandor 8 is applied to a frequency variable filter 12' controlled with the output of the detector 11'. The output of the filter 12' is applied to a sensor 4' to obtain a VCA control signal.
