PURPOSE:To enhance both the weighing precision and the discharge characteristic of a positive electrode by supplying a moist positive mixture into a specific granulator, and supplying granules formed by being extruded through the fine holes of the granulator into a specific granule form regulator so as to make the granules into round form. CONSTITUTION:A moist positive mixture 6 is supplied into a granulator having both a cylindrical die 1 and extruding vanes 2 ratating in the die 1. The mixture 6 dispersed by supply vanes 3 is extruded through the fine holes of the die 1 outside the die 1 to made columnar mixture granules, which are supplied through a hopper 14 into a granule form regulator having both a cylindrical case 11 and a disc 12 rotating with concaves and convexes formed on the upper surfac.
