Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the dew formation and elevate the measuring accuracy of the humidity by continuously supplying air low in the humidity and the same temperature as the room temperature to the surface of a sensor. CONSTITUTION:A malt substrate 2' is accumulated on a cultivation bed 2 and air conditioned in the chamber is passed through the substrate to culture in a circulation device. In the cultivation process, a necessary adjustment of the humidity is performed with a humidity adjusting meter 3 to which the outputs of a wet-bulb sensor 4 and a dry-bulb sensor 5 are fed. On the other hand, air sucked at a room air intake port 11 is reduced in the humidity with dehydration with a dehydrator 10. Then, it is sent with a blower 9 to a heat exchanger 8 provided in the room to be equal to the air temperature in the room through a heat exchange and delivered about a temperature sensor 7 with a conduit 6 through an air feed port 12. This prevents the dew formation of the dry sensor due to changes in the temperature thereby ensuring a highly accurate measurement of humidity.
