Abstract

PURPOSE: To widen a working space, to relieve troubles of installing and moving frames, and to improve a construction efficiency, by a method wherein a form, which can freely be moved on a lower structure, is installed so that it can move vertically and rock in the right and left wall directions.
CONSTITUTION: After a lower half 3 of a culvert and the like is constructed, rails 28 are installed on a floor slab 5 of the lower half 3, and a travelling truck 10 is placed on the rails to install an inner form device 9 on the travelling truck. The inner form device is provided with a slab sheathing board on a cross beam 12 and upper side wall sheathing boards 11 on a side wall vertical batter 15 pivotably fixed to opposite ends of the cross beam 12. The upper side wall sheathing board 14 is positioned so that it can freely rock by means of an expanding and contracting device 19 positioned on the stand frame of the inner form device 9, and a slab sheathing board is located so that it can freely move vertically by means of elevating devices 23 on the stays 20 of the travelling truck 10.
