Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned screw free from stagnancy of resin and the like by a structure wherein a plunger having a special construction is provided at the end of a screw blade and the lengths of slant faces at the upper and lower stream sides and their lapped length can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:A passage 11 by which the upper stream slant face 8 of the plunger part 7 and the lower slant face 10 thereof are connected is provided on the reverse rotation side as seen from the rotating direction X of the screw body b. Molten resin of mixed dispersion and gross particles are transferred leftward, advance into a wedge-shaped space 12 formed by the inner circumference and the slant face 8 of a cylinder 9, are transferred in the axial direction in the space 12 and rotated around the shaft to give a long shearing force. Sufficiently kneaded resin and the like flows smoothly into the slant face 10 through the passage 11 and the wedge-shaped space 12 in which a gap to the cylinder decreases gradually toward the right direction making a strong resistance against the reverse stream while blocking it.
