PURPOSE: To allow fermentation to progress uniformly and rapidly by attaching dispersing vanes which open and close like an umbrella to the central upper part of a fermentation tank for cattle dung and the like, rotating these, and opening and closing these by means of a cam thereby dispersing the cattle dung or the like to be dropped onto the fermentation tank from above and uniformly charging the same into the tank.
CONSTITUTION: Cattle dung and the like are controlled of moisture and are preliminarily uniformalized by an agitator 3, are lifted to above a fermentation tank 12 by a conveyor 4, and are charged from a hopper 7 into a fermentation tank, where they abut on a charge dispersing device 40 provided in the central upper part of the tank 12 and are uniformly dispersed and are dropped into the tank. This device 40 assumes an umbrella shape in the top part of a revolving shaft and revolves. As a pulley 47 rotates on the slope of a stationary cam 42 with the revolution of a shaft 21, links 51 open and close the opening and closing bones 49 like an umbrella, and rotate the vanes (covers) 52 attached to the bones 49 like a propeller. Thereby, the nonuniform materials of the cattle dung and the like are uniformly dispersed, and are evenly charged into the tank, so that fermentation is progressed uniformly and rapidly.
