Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an operation error in film driving by disengaging a driving shaft from a film rewinding drive system when a holding case capable of slanting to a camera body is slanted. CONSTITUTION:When the back lid of a camera body 6 is opened to load a film 7 in the camera, a cartridge holding case 51 restricted by the back lid slants by rotating around a supporting pin 54 as shown by an arrow (c) by the energizing force of a leaf spring 60 to move a cartridge loading and unloading opening out of the camera body 6. The rotation of the case 51 around the supporting pin 54 disengages a gear 56, united with a driving shaft 52, from a gear 58, thereby disengaging an automatic rewinding mechanism 59.
