Abstract

PURPOSE: To inject fuel corresponding to running of an engine by varying a spring force for pressing a needle valve of a fuel injection valve with number of revolution of the engine.
CONSTITUTION: While a needle valve 1 is provided within a fuel injection valve A, a nozzle 4 is opened and closed by the vertical movement of the needle valve 1. A nozzle spring 2 engages with a push rod 10 provided on the top of the valve 1 and the other end of the spring 2 engages, with the bottom of a sliding piston 11 arranged slidably above the spring 2. The piston 11 is provided on its top with an adjusting screw 14 which in turn engages with a cam 20 moved left and right in accordance with the number revolution of an engine. And the piston 11 moves vertically according to the number of revolution of the engine to vary the elastic force, of the spring 2.
