Abstract
PURPOSE:To considerably reduce the number of man-hour for genrating a copy phrase, by reading a copy phrase information on a file layout sheet by an optical character reader, and processing the copy phrase information which is outputted from this reader by use of a computer. CONSTITUTION:All data which have been recorded in a file layout sheet 5 are read by an optical reader OCR1, and are inputted to a CPU2. This CPU2 processes an input data and generates an intermediate table 7 for generating a copy phrase. After that, 1 record each is read from the intermediate table 7, and a copy library data set 3 is opened. Also, a blank part of a copy phrase generating source table 4 is filled with a record which has been read, and the table 4 whose blank part has been filled is registered to the set 3. In this way, the number of man-hour for generating a copy phrase is greatly reduced.
