Abstract

PURPOSE:To execute a low voltage operation by a simple circuit configuration, by inputting an output of an element whose resistance value is varied by a temperature, to a C-MOS gate, DC-amplifying its output, and providing it to a heater for heating. CONSTITUTION:In case when a thermistor resistance RT is larger than a resistance R1, input voltage of a C-MOS gate G becomes lower than threshold voltage 1/2 VDD, therefore, output voltage of the gate G becomes 1 (VDD), transistors TR1, TR2 turn on, and a heater H current flows. On the other hand, in case when the resistance RT is smaller than the resistance R1, an output of the gate G turns ''0'', and the heater current does not flow. In this way, the heater current is controlled so that the resistance R1 and RT become the same value, and a temperature is kept constant.
