Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of light and analog transmission and the transmission capacity by stabilizing self-excited oscillation caused by a semiconductor laser light source by a stabilizing circuit. CONSTITUTION:A self-excited oscillation caused by a semiconductor laser light source 1 is stabilized by a stabilizing circuit 4. For example, a bias circuit 2 for driving a laser is connected to a modulator circuit for superposing an analog signal on the laser light. In this manner the reliability of the light and analog transmission and the capacity of the transmission can be improved.
