Abstract

PURPOSE:To make unnecessary the bias power supply of a transistor(TR) by making full-rectifying an output signal of a transformer to which a rectangular wave is applied and switching the TR driving a load. CONSTITUTION:A pulse from a control circuit 21 is applied to a D-flip-flop 22 and the output twns into pulse inverted alternately. This pulse turns on/off TRs 23, 24 alternately to flow a current from a DC power supply 25 to a transformer 26 alternately. A rectifying circuit 27 is connected to the secondary side of the transformer 26 and full-wave rectification is made to drive a TR29. Thus, the TR29 can be controlled with the output pulse of the control circuit 21 and the input and output can be insulated.
