Abstract

PURPOSE:To drip a liquid resin composition on a coil to execute impregnation for hardening at room temperature by using jointly organic peroxide and a curing accelerator on an unsaturated polyester solution. CONSTITUTION:Organic peroxide such as ketone(hydro)peroxide as a curing agent is added to the solution wherein various kinds of unsaturated polyester are dissolved into a monomer such as ethylene in the ratio of 100wt% of unsaturated polyester solution to 0.1-0.5wt% of organic peroxide such as ketone(hydro) peroxide. For curing acceleration representatively intermetallic compound or amino compound is used being respectively selected according to the kinds of organic peroxide so as to contain the metal of about 3X10<-4>-0.3wt% in the case of intermetallic compound and 0.01-3wt% in the case of amino compound. Or it can be made two part liquid types consisting of a curing agent system and a curing accelerator system which are blended immediately before the use. By dripping the solution of said constitution on a rotating coil, the coil can be dried at the room temperature and exellently impregnated.
