CONSTITUTION:The rising speed of the internal temperture of a vulcanized matter E of a time t1 when a thermometer 3 has been inserted into the internal part of a vulcanized matter E to a required time t2 is calculated by a vulcanization time controlling device 5. This calculated value is compared with the data of the temperature rising speed and the adequate vulcanization time between the start and the end of vulcanization in a vulcanized matter of the same kind as the vulcanized matter E which has been inputted in advance to the device 5 to calculate an adequate vulcanization time of this vulcanized matter. This calculated time is transmitted to a vulcanizing vessel controller 6. When vulcanization time passes and reaches an adequate vulcanization time, the controlling part of the vulcanizing vessel controller 6 to which the adequate vulcanization time is inputted operates, the supply of vapor to the vulcanizing vessel 1 and a vulcanizing pressure vessel 2 is stopped to complete the vulcanizing process.
