Abstract
PURPOSE:To almost keep constant the monostable time against temperature fluctuation, by connecting the base of a transistor (TR) of a differential amplifying circuit and a connecting point between a capacitor and a resistor of a time constant circuit via a resistor. CONSTITUTION:Since a capacitor 23 is discharged to a lower voltage at temperature rise than that at room temperature, when charging is selected, the charging time is longer. On the other hand, the base current of a TR21 is decreased and the charging voltage of the capacitor 23 is lowered. Thus, the temperature changing part of the charging time of the capacitor 23 can be compensated through the insertion of a resistor 27.
