Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The main body 1 of a copying machine is divided almost horizontally into the lower main body 2 and the upper main body 3, they are combined with each other at each one side openably with a hinge 4, and engaged at the other ends with a clamp 5. The lower body 2 is provided with a transmission gear protruding toward the upside for driving each mechanism installed in the upper body 3, thus permitting the main body case to be divided into the upper and lower bodies, these bodies to be linked at their ends turnably, so the upper body to be freely opened, the passage of a recording paper to be exposed on the upside of the lower body by raising the upper body, therefore, paper jam to be easily dealt with in our invention.
