Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve vibro-isolating effect of a mount, by filling pressurized air in a hollowed part provided to a rubber insulator, interposing a weight additionally in the hollowed part and arranging acting movement of the weight to an opposite phase in the vibro-isolating range of an engine with respect to acting movement of a flange at a side of the engine. CONSTITUTION:A hollowed part 13 is provided in a rubber insulator 10 connecting a flange 11 at the side of an engine and a flange 12 at the side of a car body then filled with pressure air, and a weight 19, whose peripherl edge flange 20 is adhesively baked to the rubber insulator 10, is additionally provided in the intermediate part of said hollowed part. Then the spring constant of the rubber insulator 10 and a value of the weight 19 are set in such a manner that acting movement of the weight 19 is in an opposite phase with respect to acting movement of the flange 11 at the side of the vibration generating engine in a vibro-isolating range of the engine for not less than about 30Hz. In this way, the spring constant of the rubber insulator 10 is reduced in its vibro-isolating range, and transmission power of vibration generated from the engine to the side of the car body can be widely decreased to reduce a level of noise in a car room.
