Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a surge current or a load breakdown, which is caused by momentary full loading, by providing a counter between an address counter provided on a central control monitoring device, and a logic control part, so that a time lagged starting and a sequential starting can be executed to an objective load when an electric power supply is turned on. CONSTITUTION:When an electric power supply is turned on, an address counter 5 and a counter 12 are reset by an output of a differentiating circuit 14.
