PURPOSE:To reduce trouble for checking a disconnection, by transmitting a voltage signal to a receiving circuit from a transmitting circuit, in case the pulse voltage of an oscillating circuit provided on a signal transmission system is not outputted. CONSTITUTION:To an input terminal 28b of an AND gate 28 is always inputted output pulse voltage of an oscillating circuit. On the other hand, in case a signal line 9 has been disconnected, a transmitting circuit 2 is always connected to an electric power source 20, and the circuit 2 transmits at least one output voltage signal to a receiver 8, therefore, H is inputted to an input terminal 28a of the AND gate 28.
