Abstract
PURPOSE:To adjust the control constant of a controller best automatically by identifying the dynamic characteristics of a controlled system under closed loop control in a short time without varying a controlled variable greatly in the present of a process noise. CONSTITUTION:A signal eK obtained from a desired-value signl RK and a feedback signal YK from a process 1 is inputted to a cntroller 3, whose control constant is used for control arithmetic to operate the process 1 with an operation signal UK. The operation signal UK at this time contains an additional fixed signal VK composed of M series of binary signals generated by a fixed-signal generation part 4. Then, the signals eK, VK and YK are inputted to filters 6, 7 and 8. The outputs of the filters 6 and 7 are added together and inputted to an MA identification model part 9, and the output of the flter 8 is inputted to an AR identification model part 10. The difference between the outputs of those model parts 9 and 10 is calculated and inputted to a control constant arithmetic part via an identification arithmetic part 11.
