Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the manual adjustment for every different type of materials to be carried unnecessary and to reduce the labor for the work and to make the work efficient, by combining operations of plural sensors to adjust automatically the angle of an information reader. CONSTITUTION:A reference voltage generator 10 generates a reference voltage VR which is different in accordance with operation states of sensors 9-1 and 9-2. The reference voltage VR is applied to the - input of a differential amplifying circuit 11, and the output voltage of a potentiometer 12 indicating the current position of a movable stopper 7 is applied to the other input of the differential amplifying circuit 11. When the movable stopper 7 is moved to a position corresponding to the reference voltage VR, an information reader 1 is stopped. The proper reference voltage VR is set preliminarily for combinations of operation states of sensors 9-1 and 9-2 to adjust automatically the angle of the reader 1 in accordance with operations of sensors 9-1 and 9-2, thus keeping the length between a label information position LA or LB and the reader 1 constant.
