Abstract

PURPOSE:To constitute a smooth lubricating oil system, by forming an oil feed port at the central part of a rotor, and establishing communication between high- pressure sections such as rotor slits to be lubricated and low-pressure sections such as shaft sealing means to be lubricated and between said low-pressure sections and an inlet section of a space to be compressed, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Oil separated from cooling medium at a separator 7 is collected at the bottom of the separator 7 and supplied from an oil supply port X0 to a space V0 to be compressed for lubricating various parts of a compressor along with operation of sliding vanes 2. The amount of lubricating oil to be supplied is controlled by a spool valve 101. On the other hand, oil drawn from a suction port 4a together with cooling medium is carried via an outlet port 3a to the separator 7 after lubricating the sliding vanes 2 and the inner surface of a liner 3. Here, a part of the oil is leaked to the side of a bearing chamber 4 and lubricates the side faces of a rotor 1 and cylindrical sealing sections 18, 20, thus improving the sealing performance. Further, a part of the leaked oil is also passed to the side of an oil feed port 31 via a slits 1a and then carried through a communicating port 32 into a shaft sealing chamber V5 for lubricating and sealing the sliding surfaces.
