CONSTITUTION:A resin component which consists of an acrylic resin (oligomerous resin with 500-20,000 mean molecular weight) which is liquid at normal temperature and has functional groups, capable of reacting with isocyanate groups such as hydroxyl groups and carboxyl groups, in a molecule, a multifunctional isocyanate compound which is liquid at normal temperature and has at least two free isocyanate groups in a molecule, and a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copoymer is mixed with an organic solvent together with a ferromagnetic material, thus preparing a magnetic paint for magnetic recording media.
