Abstract
PURPOSE:To equalize the seasoning of a material to be cooked and the condition of heating of the surface while improving shape after boiling by a method wherein a seasoning liquid is frozen once, thawed by the heating and cooking of the material to be cooked, returned to the seasoning liquid and heated by high frequency while being dropped. CONSTITUTION:Solid agents 6 for seasoning obtained by freezing, solidifying or semi-solidifying the seasoning liquid 3 for seasoning the materials to be cooked 2 are prepd. while the materials to be cooked 2 are encased into a heat-resistant vessel 5. The thawed liquid or dissolved liquid 3 of the solid agents 6 for seasoning is dropped to the materials to be cooked by a dropping body 7 with holes 10 passing the thawed liquid or the dissolved liquid 3 while a cover 11 is placed detachably onto the dropping body 7. The dropping body 7 and the cover 11 are formed by a material through which a high-frequency electric wave does not pass. That is, the seasoning liquid 3 is frozen once, thawed by the heating and cooking of the materials to be cooked, returned to the seasoning liquid and heated by high frequency while being dropped, thus allowing excellent cooking. The materials to be cooked are cooked uniformly because the seasoning liquid is sprayed onto the surfaces of the materials to be cooked at all times.
