Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure a moving vane on a wheel with inserted pins despite the radial and axial forces which act to the moving vane, by inserting the pins at a prescribed inclination from the front and rear ends of the moving vane. CONSTITUTION:At the step portions of a moving vane 1 and a wheel 3 which are to be conjoined to each other, openings are provided so that they are inclined from the front and rear ends of the moving vane to its central part. Slant pins 10a, 10b are inserted into the openings from the front and rear ends of the moving vane 1. The inclination of the pins 10a, 10b is set within a dimension corresponding to the distance between the edge (a) of the opening of the conjoined step portion of the wheel 3 and the opening part (b) of the moving vane 1 which is located opposite the edge (a) in the radial direction of the vane. Stoppers 7a, 7b are inserted into the wheel 3 already assembled with the moving vane 1. According to this constitution, reaction forces act to the moving vanes 1 against the radial and axial forces 12, 13 which act to the vane. For that reason, the moving vane 1 remains secured on the wheel 3.
