Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of the coupling bolt of a stacked rotor in which plural discs having moving vanes are piled up, by fitting sleeves in the bolt holes of the discs so that the sleeves bear the centrifugal force which acts to the coupling bolt. CONSTITUTION:To construct a rotor for an axial-flow compressor or the like, plural discs 2 (2a-2c) fitted with moving vanes in grooves provided on the peripheral portions of the discs are piled up in the axial direction and conjoined to each other by a stacking bolt 3. The bolt holes 4a, 4c of the discs 2a, 2c are finished with high accuracy by reaming. The bolt hole 4b of the other disc 2b is drilled to a larger diameter than the former bolt holes 4a, 4c. A sleeve 6, in which the bolt 3 is to be movably fitted, is provided in the bolt hole 4b. Both the ends 6a of the sleeve 6 are tightly fitted in the bolt holes 4a, 4c but the expanded intermediate part of the sleeve is fitted with a clearance in the bolt hole 4b.
