CONSTITUTION:A mount bracket 30 is assembled by a supporting body 30a, a side wall part 30c, front and rear side fitting flanges 30d, 30b, and a front end flange 30e. The supporting body 30a is formed to be an extending face of a windshield glass 23, and provides a hole 25 to have a wiper shaft 8 inserted. Besides, an opening part 32 to have a link rod 5 of a wiper link 19 inserted is formed at the side wall part 30c. The rear side fitting flange 30b is welded to the rear side vertical wall 2a of a panel 2 at the rear end part of a dash upper opening part 20, the front side fitting flange 30d is welded to the rear side vertical wall 2b of the panel 2 at the front end part of the opening part 20, and the front flange 30e is welded to the front end flange 2c of the panel 2. And, supporting plate 21 of the wiper shaft 8 is stopped up on said extending face of the supporting body 30a by means of a screw 17.
