Abstract

PURPOSE: A glycovaccine is injected into an animal to produce an antibody, its blood is collected, then the serum fraction and the glycovaccine are mixed to form a complex, centrifuged and the complex is dispersed in water to produce the high-purity titled antiserum in a large amount.
CONSTITUTION: A glycovaccine is injected with a injector 2-1 into the animal body 20-1 to produce the antibody 1-1 and the blood containing the antibody is collected in capsule 3. Its serum fraction is mixed with glycovaccine 1-2 and they are centrifuged to cause the antigen-antibody reaction, resulting in separation of the complex 1. The supernatant is removed in 3, then the complex is dispersed in water to give the antiserum 1. In general, serum is a part of antibody, but in cancers, the film of the complex is formed through the glycoantigen on the surface of the cancer cells, whereby the aqueous solution of the complex becomes the antiserum. The use of blood-collecting capsules permits the germ-free production of the objective antiserum in an inductrial scale.
