CONSTITUTION:A detecting alarm device 10 consisting of a contactless switch 12 applied an insulating layer 11 with predetermined thickness l1 at a position providing predetermined distance l from the head sections of pressure arms 7a, 7b is installed on a locker 5 and the switch 12 is permitted to move by gears 13, 14. A gear box 15 installed on the locker 5 contains the gears 13, 14 and the switch 12 and a handle 16 pivoting the switch 12 are mounted and provided on the tip of the gear 14 and the gear 13 respectively.
