Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of the quality of an image, by giving a conversion of scanning line to both the odd and even fields, mixing these fields with a prescribed ratio to form new odd and even fields and vignetting the boundary of the image. CONSTITUTION:The switches S2 and S3 are connected to a contact A with the odd scanning lines and to a contact B with the even scanning lines respectively.
